How to apply Human Design to career and brand building with Kaila O'Connor
This week's episode is about my Roman empire aka Human Design. We have Human Design expert and affiliate PR pro, Kaila O'Connor, on the show where she is walking us through what human design is, what the 5 human design energy types are, tangible takeaways of each type and of course we get into her own self discovery journey of unlearning and becoming her most authentic self.

Uncertainty is where the magic happens with Barbara Levin
01:12:39|We have my business coach and the founder of Be Bold Consulting, Barbara Levin, on the show who I adore and am so excited to share her genius/insights with you. Barbara has a doctorate in organizational leadership and works with female founders (a lot of who I'm sure you know of) in transforming complex leadership challenges - emotions, people and processes - into actionable insights. I'm a really big believer in working with and investing in tools, people, and resources that can help keep you accountable especially if you're a founder or freelancer because it could truly be so isolating. Having someone to witness you, to mirror you, to see and call out your blinds spots and to help you strategize and come up with game plans that you'll actually stick to is so so key. In this episode we're getting into all things navigating distraction and choosing to focus, delayed gratification, doing the one bold thing that will move the needle, stepping into uncertainty and learning how to sit with it, identity shifts to step into, returning to your true Self and the daily choices/habits that set you up to create a life and business that feels in alignment to you. 26:58|This week's solo is all about trusting exactly where you are at this very moment in your life and learning to fall in love with every step of the process. 01:09:04|This week's episode is all about the power of our own personal stories and the art of storytelling as a whole. It's about getting to know our own stories, owning them entirely and sharing them with the people in our lives. I'm joined by Matt Bowman who is one of the co-founders of Autobiographer, the AI Powered app that I've been working with since re-launching the podcast in September that helps us tell and preserve our life stories. Matt is a father, a husband, a philosopher, an incredibly kind and intentional human. He is also a former Green Beret Captain that led US Army Special Operations units in combat missions in Iraq and Afghanistan before working with governmental trust and safety issues at Facebook during one of the most trying times in its history before taking on the role of CEO at Autobiographer so when I tell you Matt has got some stories, and as a byproduct some invaluable wisdom, I mean it. What we are getting into in this episode is the importance of your personal story and the impact it has on the world around you, tapping into your own hero's journey, not waiting until it's too late to tell the people you love what they mean to you, we get into the light and dark side of AI and why emotional intelligence is the skillset to be prioritizing now more than ever. 17:33|This week's solo is all about rest, giving yourself permission to rest/slow down, why it feels so uncomfortable and counter-culture to do so in this country and why choosing it is an act of resistance that helps build our inner trust muscle <3 Link to Lo's Episode: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/intuition-fascia-flow-and-liberation-with-lo-roxburgh/id1466712918?i=1000676472211Link to Beginning Again Episode: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/beginning-again-and-again-we-back/id1466712918?i=1000670388658Give the gift of Autobiographer using code ACTIVE20 for 20% off your subscription: https://www.autobiographer.com/giftIntuition, fascia, flow and liberation with Lo Roxburgh
56:15|This week's episode is with returning guest, Lo Roxburgh, who is a world renowned fascia expert, author and movement educator. Her expertise is in fascia which is the layer of tissue directly beneath the skin that surrounds and supports muscles, organs, and other structures throughout the body. It plays a huuuuge role in how we alchemize stuck/old energy into liberation/expansion and is the communication network of the body (some also refer to fascia as the subconscious mind that lives underneath the skin). In this episode we are getting into the role fascia plays in our overall heath, tuning into our bodies, leaning into and trusting the feminine, sharpening our intuition, allowing for fluidity in both our bodies and our lives, the role emotional intelligence will play in the age of AI and so much more. I actually had another episode slated for this week but I decided to push this one up because at this moment in time learning how to listen to and lean on our own bodies/breath is truly one of if not the most important things for us to be prioritizing so that we can first and foremost process and then also take action in ways that feel aligned to us. 22:29|I'm not gonna lie...I struggled heavy to get on the mic this week. I procrastinated it to the last moment and didn't know what I was going to talk about this week (was feeling majorly blocked) but what did come through when I finally sat down to record was that showing up to do it even though I wasn't feeling it/had no clue what I wanted this episode to be about is in and of itself the win and enough for me. In this episode I'm talking about accepting that showing up doesn't necessarily mean showing up 10/10 every second of every day, about leaning into and trusting the feminine, the general concept of enoughness and defining whatever that is FOR YOU and why.Autobiographer Link Here: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/autobiographer/id6469733133Use code ACTIVE20 for 20% off your subscriptionLink to my IG: https://www.instagram.com/sophieiweill/THANK YOU ERIN FOSTER with Kiki Weill and Natalie Pardo
52:47|I am smiling from ear to ear writing this show note because this week's episode is with my SISTER (Kiki) and my BEST FRIEND (Pardo) and we are talking about all of our takeaways from the Netflix show, Nobody Wants This, created by Erin Foster hence the title of the episode. In this episode we're recapping the show and talking about all the reasons we are so grateful this exists especially at this moment in time and get into relationship dynamics in general, religion/spirituality, familial dynamics, knowing yourself in order to deeply connect with another person, embodied men and so much more. FINGERS CROSSED this is the first of many together. Also this is your SPOLER ALERT on the show if you haven't watch it yet <3First 11 minutes of the show is intros/background on Kiki and Pardo11 minute onward is the Nobody Wants This takeawaysCheck out Autobiographer and use code ACTIVE20 at checkout for 20% off your subscription: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/autobiographer/id6469733133Energetically Aligned & Mutually Beneficial Opportunities

01:11:49|This week's conversation is one of the most profound conversations I have honestly ever had in my life on or off the podcast. I'm joined by my friend and my yoga teacher Mimi Ghandour who is truly one of the strongest people I have ever known. Late last year on December 11th 2023, Mimi lost her beautiful 12 year daughter, Hala, who was born with a muscular disease that came with a life expectancy of 2 years old. While Hala's story is one of deep pain and grief it is also a story of unconditional and transcendent love. It's about unwavering faith, resilience and choice. It's about living with grief and allowing it to transform into even more purpose. And it's about showing up even when we have every excuse not to.For any of you listening that are going through/living with grief I am sending you so so much love.
