#117: What Do You Want From Your Diabetes?

In today’s episode Eoin and Graham go through more ways we can benefit our Diabetes management.

A question that Eoin asks himself (and his clients) is, “what do you want from your Diabetes?”

Identifying what you want, and what you expect from your management, gives you the ability to understand what’s required to get you there (and keep you there).

The ‘numbers’ that you see (TIR% and A1C) aren’t just numbers. What’s important is what those numbers mean to us; our energy, our focus, our time, our mood, our performance, and ultimately, our health.
