Limerick City Centre has been branded the dirtiest area in the country after finishing bottom of the latest Irish Business Against Litter league table. The survey of 40 towns and cities labelled the city centre as "littered," citing long-term neglect at Mount Kennet Place and Parnell Street.Limerick City South also struggled in 37th place, plagued by heavy dumping at the Roxboro Shopping Centre bring centre. IBAL spokesperson Conor Horgan spoke to Joe Nash on Live 95's Limerick Today
