In the Year of Our Chuck Norris, 1986, a little movie from the Cannon Group came out as what was supposed to be a sequel to a movie we did not that long ago - Invasion U.S.A. Chuck said no to the film so it was passed on to Cannon's main man, Michael Dudikoff who took up the mantle of Matt Hunter quite well, thank you very much.The movie wasn't a sequel anymore, it was a stand-alone movie (with a lead character who just happened to be named Matt Hunter...don't think about it too long). Bad, racist men doing bad man racist things and we *reeeeeaalllly* want them to get killed. Hey! Thanks for coming back for the new episodes! We're going to be releasing one new show per month now as we go forward to make sure we can keep up with the workload. Ninja 3: The Domination was the third in Cannon Film's ninja trilogy...none of which were related to each other in any meaningful way. This one, however, had one of the most insane mixtures of ninja, horror, and aerobics any movie had ever seen. Let us tell you - it holds up! We time traveled back to 2006 for this beauty of a movie starring Jet Li, Sun Li, and Shido Nakamura (with a cool appearance from Nathan Jones in there, too). I'm not sure if you've ever had the pleasure of viewing JCVD's movie, Double Impact, but man is it worth it. Van Damme as both Chad and Alex Wagner is awesome to the point of damn near changing my pants. THEN add Cory Everson in the mix? Come on, son.... This had us so excited when we saw the trailer, it was actually a bit embarrassing. We're essentially 50 year old teenagers. But man, while the potential is there, it fell a bit short for us.
