Our e-Learning assistants ensure that our students’ learning experience has been quality checked to a very high standard from ideation to delivery. They cast a watchful eye over spelling, grammar, coherence, clarity and usability. In this episode we learn about the work they do and the many hats they wear when looking at course content creation.
