I'm a firm believer that we are MANY things. Among them is the accumulation of our struggles and how we choose to face them and break through them. Not with just business but with with our marriage, life and our health as well. My personal health struggles led me here - I found purpose and passion behind those struggles and they gave me the voice to help others fight harder and create their best life. From debilitating heartburn to diabetes, high cholesterol, IBS, anxiety, and depression all connected to hypothyroidism along with all the symptoms that went along with it - I had to find my way out of this hole that was drowning me. For me, it all connected to food in some way - YES ALL of it! My story finding that connection with food led me to being entirely medication free since 2015 .... I've never looked back!
