249. Trey & Grace Stinnett: Finding Flow Through Conscious Parenting

Ep. 249

“So much of our desires are culturally programmed desires. If I can begin to understand who I am, then I can begin to stop doing the things that are not for me and are not me. ”

Trey and Grace Stinnett are the founders of the Academy of Conscious Entrepreneurs - an organization that helps people grow a company without sacrificing time at home by aligning business with personal flow. Informed by mental models and personality profiles such as Wealth Dynamics and Human Design, Trey and Grace empower clients to elevate their consciousness at home and work.

What I loved most about this episode was hearing how Trey and Grace have integrated their work into all aspects of their live, creating a path for conscious living. These philosophies have informed their parenting, too, empowering their children onto the path of authentic, self-aware living from a young age.

Creating a life of flow and alignment can be part of our legacy, and in this episode, Trey & Grace share how to make that vision a reality.

“I don't have any work to do. Instead, just go to work on whatever there is to be healed. Through that healing, everything else will just find its way into flow.”

Key takeaways:

  • What does flow mean?
  • How Wealth Dynamics profiles help you get into your flow.
  • Removing things I shouldn’t be doing so I can be more authentically me.
  • The concept of deconditioning.
  • The power of using frameworks and tools to know who you are.
  • Empowering children through profiles and archetypes.
  • Immersing children in an environment that cultivates a growth mindset
  • Creating an emotional platform for children to thrive.
  • Changing the narrative around traumatic experiences to empower people to navigate them.
  • The four phases of flow.

257. Loka Pandya: How To Connect With Childlike Joy

Ep. 257
“I realized that joy is about working through your emotions, releasing your emotions, and also being intentional about your joy.”Loka Pandya is a motivational speaker, serial entrepreneur, a DeLorean collector, and a passionate life enthusiast who’s dedicated to deep healing work. In his work, Loka is on a mission to awaken the inner child joy that lies within all of us. Loka’s passion for igniting joy began after his mother died when he was 13. Almost overnight, Loka transformed from a highly competitive, ambitious teen into a young man who wanted to help others feel better. Over time, his overgiving character put him on a rollercoaster of extreme highs and deep lows. The pattern was exhausting. Loka succeeded in making the world happy, but inside, he was sad. In response, Loka threw the kitchen sink at his healing journey, trying every tool and modality he could get his hands on. This inner journey taught Loka that healing depended on his ability to feel his true emotions. He also learned you could intentionally trigger joy and choose how to feel. Today, Loka empowers people to tap into their childlike joy so they can experience more love and happiness. This episode is a heartwarming dive into Loka’s personal journey of healing, along with tools and tips for igniting joy and reconnecting with your inner child. “The more play you put in, the happier, more joyous you're going to be, and be intentional about it.” Key takeaways:Exploring your relationship with receiving. What happens when the high highs and low lows become exhausting? Loka’s “folder of joy.” Reframing triggers into initiations. Pausing to create space for a response. Reclaiming control of your power to choose. The power of healing through baby steps. Doing the one thing each day that helps you heal. Staying grounded through a routine. Contact Info:Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/lokapandya/Loka@lokapandya.com. We thrive on your feedback, so if you’ve enjoyed this show, please rate us and leave us a review. 256. Raj Jana: Surrendering To A Vision Bigger Than You

Ep. 256
“Your intimate relationship is the most profound mirror for you to actually connect to that foundation of love within yourself.” The last time I recorded a reflection episode was at the end of August - just after returning from Burning Man. As an experiment, I decided to wait a couple of months before publicly reflecting again. It’s been interesting to see the arc of change over a two-month window - proof that many shifts can happen when you move through life consciously and with vulnerability and authenticity. I often remind myself that I’m the common denominator in all areas of my life. How I show up in one context impacts how I show up in others. In this episode, you’ll hear how I’ve used my relationship and creativity as dojos - places to practice peeling off masks and connecting more intimately with the authentic me. I’ve also been exploring the power of surrendering to a vision bigger than myself - a practice vastly different from how I used to operate in business. These intentions became catalysts for a lot of growth, as you’ll hear in the episode. As always, I hope that this episode will inspire a practice of reflection in your life. Reflection can be a superpower because the more we know our authentic selves, the more we can navigate fear, manage adversity, regulate our nervous system and step into the greatest forms of love we were born to express. “What's actually required is healing ourselves and liberating ourselves from these conditions that have kept us trapped in this old way of doing that isn't actually serving the planet, it's not serving our relationships, it's not serving our health.”Key takeaways:Learning to show up imperfectly. Overcoming my fear of being seen to fail. Speaking on the same stage as Dr. Joe Dispenza. Creating from a place of collaboration over competition. Turning away from ME projects into WE projects. Leveraging vulnerability as a tool for healing Humans are inherently goodHaving the courage to take off your mask. The desire to know who you really are. Contact Info:Raj’s contact details. 255. Andrew Kroeze: Intentional Rituals For Sustaining Energy

Ep. 255
“I master my fate and captain my soul… I need to take radical responsibility for my life. I can create anything that I want out of my life.” Like many entrepreneurs, Andrew Kroeze achieved massive success through the hustle-and-grind culture only to find the tactic wasn’t sustainable. After experiencing burnout, Andrew had no choice but to reinvent himself. But the changes didn’t fully stick. The next time he crashed, Andrew woke up in a hospital bed. This time, Andrew knew he needed to make more permanent changes to his life and business. He craved something simpler, so he sold his company, retreated to an ashram, and reset his nervous system. Through this experience, Andrew decided to become a “master of his fate.” In practice, this looked like embedding energy rituals, systems, and habits into his routine so he could alchemize time into the life his soul wanted. Andrew’s willingness to hold himself accountable to his life blueprint inspires me. The degree of ownership Andrew commands over his psychological & physiological state is a potent reminder of the creative power of discipline when it’s harnessed in the direction of alignment and authenticity. In his work, Andrew is committed to sharing his secrets of success with others. Through his Masters of Fate brotherhood, Andrew empowers men to master themselves first and then business. “Our core beliefs anchor our thoughts, our energy rituals anchor our emotions, and then our time design or our calendar anchors our actions.” Key takeaways:How entrepreneurship can be a catalyst for a spiritual journey. Retreating to a monastery to reset my nervous system. Letting go of deeply rooted core beliefs that don’t serve. Intentional rituals for sustaining energy. Developing processes as an accountability tool. Using time blocking to design his calendar.Planning hacks for designing your life. Using pre-commitments to establish helpful habits. Contact Info:https://www.instagram.com/kaptainkroezehttps://www.facebook.com/andrew.kroeze.50https://start.masteringfate.com/bro53711418We thrive on your feedback, so if you’ve enjoyed this show, please rate us and leave us a review.
