Awakening and Healing Your Womb with Diana Beaulieu

Ep. 80

Did you know your womb is one of your strongest energetic centers? It affects your relationships, your sexuality, your health, your creativity, and your manifesting powers.

For this episode, I sat down with Diana Beaulieu. Diana is a Modern Medicine Woman, Womb Awakening teacher, coach, author, speaker, and storyteller. With studies in biology, human sciences, and psychoneuroimmunology she worked as an anthropologist and a writer and researcher for international NGOs focusing on addiction, homelessness, and women’s service. After a deep and personal healing journey, she founded Sacred Woman Awakening - a new modality and healing path designed to help women overcome past sexual and emotional trauma to step into a new level of feminine embodiment and empowerment.

MY 5 BIGGEST TAKEAWAY FROM THIS EPISODE

1- Everybody needs to heal their sexual energy. Women who have a physical womb hold trauma in that part of their body. Trauma can be something that happens to you, it can be collective or ancestral. Men also have that energetic center and trauma to heal related to their masculine energy.

2- You can move through trauma, you can become embodied and available to love and you can anchor yourself in such a degree of self-love that you can truly magnetize a loving partner who's able to reflect back what you already feel for yourself.

3- Two of the biggest energy centers we have in our bodies are the womb and the heart. A lot of us are still in our heads. It's not only an organ, it's a center of awareness. It's alive, it has consciousness, intuition, emotions, memories. She's a multifaceted aspect of us.

4- We can access the womb energy by our intuition, listening, asking her to tell us; share with us. Once we start to really listen, we start to wish to heal whatever story is there. We can start to heal her by bringing healing energy and healing light into its space. Once we healed the womb, we can access its wisdom.

5- Trauma attracts trauma. Awakening and healing the womb helps us attract a very pure masculine energy. Couples can work together so both can heal and grow to the potential that they know they have. And understand how we affect each other's energy.
