It also inspired him to create One Round Wars, a movement for men’s mental health built around the power of training, discipline, and community. Ryan’s story is raw and powerful, from growing up with a father who carried deep trauma from his time in the Army, to finding his own path through sport after his dad walked out when he was just ten.
