3AM Motivation w/Tati Kapaya

There... I said it! In this first episode (assuming there will be more), we talk about my love/hate relationship with vision boards, and why I think they're holding people back from achieving their goals. I also touch on the uneccessary pressure the internet puts on 20-somethings to achieve and the problem with making it sound 'easy'.
