2 Guys 3 Crowns
Is This Thing On?
After some technical errors to start the show (or not start it), the guys celebrate the official weekend and start of Swedish crawfish (crayfish?) season, kräftsäsongen. Then, the guys try to tackle a follower question for “The YouTube.” Plus Sean recounts a harrowing story of how he recently got scammed while trying to sell something on Blocket, Sweden's popular online marketplace.
It’s time for a good old-fashioned food fight, and we’ve brought company. The guys are joined this week by Kimberly Sorce, an American expat and YouTube / TikTok star based in Malmö. She tells the story of her journey to Sweden, what she misses from back home, some must-see spots in Malmö as well as her favorite Swedish foods. She even tries to convince Sean of the virtues of kebab pizza and chicken-banana-curry pizza. Spoiler alert: it doesn’t work.Check out Kimberly on the following platforms:TikTok:https://www.tiktok.com/@kimberlysorceYouTube:https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwCAVpFfeLHtjdpuXIXWGZgInstagram:https://www.instagram.com/kimsinsweden/
A Brazilian Invasion
The boys are back! Rodney and Sean get back behind the mics after some much needed summer vacationing. They recap some of the latest goings on, including trips to The Lodge Resort and its Hawaiian themed Honulele Spa in Skåne and the famed Yasuragi Spa Hotel in Nacka. Apparently, Rodney is secretly almost family there. Plus, Sean experiences a Brazilian invasion (of in-laws).As mentioned in the episode:Yasuragi Spa Hotel websiteThe Lodge (Honulele Spa) website
Hot hot heat
Summer has officially arrived in Sweden this week - just in time for the Midsommar festivities. In fact, the whole of Sweden is experiencing record temperatures. The guys talk about how they are taking advantage of the unseasonably warm weather along with how they celebrated the holiday weekend. Then, to close out the show, Rodney pulls a disappearing act.
Dylan pulls a fast one on Sean to get the show to a soapy start. Then Sean recounts his experiences from the Swedish kids birthday circuit. Meanwhile, Rodney has been able to track down some KFC in between his mom saying hello to every stranger. Plus, he is starting to prepare for his transition into being an empty nester.
Concert season is finally back in full force! Sean recounts some of his latest highlights including Weezer opening for Green Day at Tele2 Arena, along with the best of Gröna Lund. Then, Rodney brings quite the slate of topics including his Arlanda airport adventure, exploits with his mom around Nynäshamn and a very unsolicited solicitation from a solicitor.YouTube BONUS: Don't miss this week's After Hours video clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e4m_OW5w8dAIf you enjoy 2 Guys 3 Crowns, PLEASE support us by posting a review and spreading the word.► https://www.2guys3crowns.se/reviews/new/► WEBSITEhttps://www.2guys3crowns.se► INSTAGRAMhttps://www.instagram.com/2guys3crowns► FACEBOOKhttps://www.facebook.com/2guys3crowns► TWITTERhttps://www.twitter.com/2guys3crowns► WEBSHOPhttps://shop.spreadshirt.se/2guys3crownsVarmt välkommen! A Big Fat Greek American Swedish Mother's Day
The 2 guys celebrate Swedish Mother's Day (Morsdag) - which confuses Sean, since we just had Mother's Day in America a couple weeks ago. Rodney tries to set him straight and goes over some of the lovely celebrations of the day. After a brief grocery store discussion about Egyptian potatoes and micro melons, they recap the lovely bits of Sean's trip and late night return from Greece.Full video episodes are available on our YouTube channel here!FOLLOW US on Instagram for frequent updates! Cat Fights and Kos Play
Sean is in Kos, Greece with his family and fills us in on cruisin' through Arlanda airport, weird travel conditions, and what's on the hotel menu. Between the cat fights, iffy wifi and thirsty mosquitoes, this weeks episode is a quickie. By the way, does anyone know if there are mosquitos in Canada?
