'Vertigo' and 'Life of Pi'

Ep. 7

“You know, the Chinese say that once you've saved a person's life, you're responsible for it forever.” Scotty, Vertigo

‘Adult Pi Patel: So which story do you prefer?

Writer: The one with the tiger. That's the better story.

Adult Pi Patel: Thank you. And so it goes with God.’

Life of Pi

This week we have ‘chalk and cheese’ movie plots and reviews on ‘Vertigo’ (Romance) and ‘Life of Pi’ (Fantasy). One has a very simple film plot that’s tragic but beautiful; the other twisted and obsessive which sends Rob and Sarah into a spin giving ‘Marmite’ review scores. What’s your thoughts?

Warning: during the recording we encountered some WiFi issues therefore on a few occasions there are some minor audio challenges.
